From the Whitby Gothic Weekend!!
[Apr 24th - Apr 26th 1998]
(Thanks to Sian, Sal, and Colin for the Photos!!!)

[Photo] I have no idea! One minute we were all sitting around the table drinking and making merry, and the next thing we know. Colin has borrowed a tiara and is trying it on for size. I don't know about you, but I don't think it really goes with the Semi-purple dyed ginger curly hair..

Mind you. There was more die on the sink in our B&B bathroom than actually got on Col's hair. And we could not get it off.. so if you ever stay in a B&B at Whitby and the sink in your bathroom has a thick purple tide mark. Then you know to blame this man.
Owwww ain't it sweet!!

Towards the end of the night, or should that be, in the early hours of the following morning? Anyway Colin tired and drunk finds a shoulder to lean on to rest his weary head. Or is it all just some cunning new pulling technique?

[Photo] Colin's attempt at Cross-Dressing!!

Well, it's a good title for a photograph, especially since he is wearing girl's clothes. Well its only one article of female attire, but still, technically wearing sal's coat does class as cross dressing.

Well, the Whitby before I had borrowed Sian's pirate shirt (which is a blokes shirt) and when I got back home, and someone asked how I celebrated my birthday. A friend said "He got dressed up in Sian's clothes and went out" So I think wearing a girls coat counts as cross-dressing. This was said loudly, and in a crowded pub
Hello Sailor.

There are times when I worry about Col. This is one of them, I cant work out whether he is trying to practice his "Hello Sailor" pose before popping off down the docks ready for when the trawler's come in. Or whether he has watched one to many episodes of Morecambe and Wise?

Bring me sunshine in your smile
Bring me laughter all the while
In this world where we live
There should be more happiness
So much joy you can give
To each brand new bright tomorrow
Make me happy through the years
Never bring me any tears
Let your arms be as warm
As the sun from up above
Bring me fun, Bring me sunshine,
Bring me love
