A Goth at the Abby.

Well you can't really have a set of photographs from a Whitby Gothic Weekend without a few shots of the Abby, and better yet, some shots of Goth's in the Abby. It's a tradition, you just have to do it.

I have never been one to break tradition.

So here we have a photo of a cute blonde Goth doing the traditional Goth pose, with the Abby in the background. You have to admit it's a nice picture. With the wind just ruffling up the long blonde hair, and black top. Admittedly it would be much more Goth, if she had a solemn look on her face, instead of a big cheesy grin. But you can't have everything, and it's often the small flaw that makes the overall picture that little bit better.

Looking through all the photo's taken at the April '98 Whitby Gothic Weekend, and there are a lot of them when you put together the films of Sian, Sally, Colin, and myself. I was given the hard task of picking which ones would go online, which ones into the bin, and which would be kept for blackmail purposes.

So remember people, Kept the money comming in and the photo's stay offline ;0)

A nice view of the Abby, Church, and cliffs that overlook the small port of Whitby. Apparently Sal was trying to take a photo of the Abby and surrounding area. But Sian got in the shot, mind you, the photo came out ok in the end. And having a person in the picture helps give more perspective to it.

Double Trouble!

The terrible twosome of Sian and Sal, mid way through putting on their war paint, ready to party till the wee hours at the Pavilion. And not a smile to be seen between them, well it would crack the layers of makeup<g>.

Have you noticed, that often in the backgrounds of the photos there are vast amounts of clothes, outfits, and general accessories? I would like to point out that there was just two girls sharing this room, and that they were only there for three days?
